Curious about eating healthy plant based meals, but you don't know how to get started? Or, do you find yourself at home, at dinner time, trying to figure out what to make for dinner after a full day at work? If so, this freezer meal prep workshop was designed for you!
In just two hours you will prep 8 meals. All ingredients are placed in a freezer bag or freezer safe container. Meals can be put into the crock pot and cooked from frozen in 4-8 hours depending on the recipe. You will learn to make delicious and wholesome soups, stews, curries, and sauces. All meals are wheat free, dairy free and vegetarian.
Steph will provide you with a shopping list two weeks before the workshop. At the workshop you will have your own work station set up with cutting board, knives, spices and a few ingredients that you need to complete the recipes. All recipes will be provided along with cooking instructions. Each recipe yields 6-8 servings.
